Milano Pizza - Arnprior

Today, it took almost 2 hours to receive a small pizza and a small side dish delivered within the city! When I placed the order, I was told it would take 1 hour due to being very busy, which was understandable. However, waiting for 2 hours was simply ridiculous. To make matters worse, the driver dropped the side dish while delivering it. Overall, a poorly executed experience today.

I am a new dweller of arnprior and my son saw the free delivery in town sign on his schoolbus ride and insisted that we order pizza. the pizza is good, I can say it is homemade and I like that, the cheese is chewy and there is a lot of it without ordering extra. they offer free drinks with a pizza order that is sincerely the best and I can tell them that I will never eat mozzarella sticks again after I have eaten their fried cheese curds. I don't order any sub- or envelopes or pasta or other apps, because that's not my favorite, but I have fries and poutine ordered for the delivery and both came hot. my favorite thing besides food quality is that eating always comes hot! I look forward to waiting for the typical hour for delivery to the meals, it comes much faster to strange times during the day (lunch and before the evening). Remember to tap your supplier!

We frequently order from Milano's and enjoy their chicken wings. Both my son and I love them - he prefers honey garlic while I prefer BBQ mild with extra sauce. Unfortunately, there are often mistakes in our orders which can be frustrating. The food is tasty but the service can be lacking. Delivery times are consistently long, typically over 1.5 hours.

I do not recommend the arnprior milanos at all. milanos eating is good at other locations, so I thought I would try their arnprior location as I worked closely with and wanted to treat myself before I dropped off for the winter what was a mistake. When I went back to the truck, the paper bag and the polystyrene container in which my food was opened when it hit the floor and my whole food was ruined before I could even try. after the look of the bag I could see that it was a clean cut from a knife or something and not a tear. the guy who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. there are many other options in arnprior, the peculiarities actually take care of their customers and appreciate their business.

We waited for 2 hours for a pizza at Milano Arnprior. If there is a significant delay, customers should be informed when they place their order. This has happened multiple times before and when we called to inquire, the staff responded rudely. We will not be ordering from Milano Arnprior again.
