Stueva Cuolm - Arosa

Very good restaurant that we enjoyed with friends as a family. We were concerned reading reviews about poor service despite good food prior to booking. We have booked because we were very last minute and glad we did. Clearly service complaints were listened as the service was exceptional with attentive waiter group. Food came on time with good care. The food was excellent, fried artichoke dish was divine as well as the fish. From the deserts, lemon tart with mascarpone ice cream was as we are fond of lemon tart and try it often in French part of CH and France. It was one of the best we had. Prices for the quality were excellent as well. Actually not seen many places with such high value/price in Switzerland. Overall, I’d recommend to give it a try if you have doubts as our experience was pleasantly excellent.

One of the only true Italian cuisine restaurants. I can say that because I am Italian myself. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was multilingual and very approachable. If you are Italian or love Italian cuisine you must try this restaurant. The place itself is not very big and you might feel a bit squashed but in the end the food is what makes the difference. If you ever dine at the Stüve Coulm I recommend to take the Fiorentina Steak, because the quality of the meat was so good. I enjoyed my dinner here and I will definitely come back!

Wir waren soeben im Stüva und der Service war sehr schlecht. Mein Partner und sein Bekannter waren bereits vor Ort als ich dazustiess. Keiner der Kellner begrüßte mich oder kümmerte sich um mich. Sehr schade für ein Lokal Ihrer Klasse! Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit mir etwas zu bestellen..... Selbst die Gäste an diversen Nachbartischen mussten mehrmals um die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellner „kämpfen“. Auch das zu Spaghetti Pomodoro kein Parmesan gereicht wird ist sehr schade.... wir werden definitiv nicht mehr kommen und andere Lokale bevorzugen.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in krassem Missverhältnis. Service versteht nur ungenügend deutsch geschweige denn schweizerdeutsch. Qualitativ durchschnittliche oder gar mässige Weine werden zu Preisen CHF 50.00 angeboten. Toilette mittags um 13 Uhr schlichtweg eine Zumutung. Hier besteht von der (Kulm)Chefetage dringender Handlungsbedarf.Schade; das war früher bedeutend besser. Unsere Gäste waren enttäuscht und für mich war‘s äusserst peinlich.
