7-eleven - Arroyo Grande

DISRESPECTFUL! I've been returning to this restaurant, but the condescending, arrogant, and rude attitude of the staff is completely unwarranted. It's not just me; I've seen other customers experience the same treatment on nearly every visit. I always try to remain kind and polite, despite their behavior, but at what point do you say enough is enough? The staff appears overwhelmed and unhappy in their roles.

The 7-Eleven at Grand and Elm has extremely poor customer service. The clerk at the counter is usually engrossed in a phone conversation with his earbuds in, completely ignoring customers. He never greets anyone or shows any appreciation, and when asked for assistance, his response is simply, "It's over there." I've had several unwelcoming experiences during my visits, and I really dislike coming to this 7-Eleven.

I have to say, this is the worst 7-11 I've ever visited. The clerk was quite rude and unhelpful. I highly recommend going to a different store. It seems difficult to find good staff these days because this employee was truly disappointing! I will definitely take my business elsewhere!

I went in to buy a pack of cigarettes and tried to use a coupon I received from Camel in the mail, but the cashier couldn't figure out how to process it. It didn't help that he didn't speak any English at all. If he had, I could have directed him to the correct barcode to scan. This experience highlights very poor training from the management. I might reach out to Camel later to inform them that their coupons are being turned away.

It's a convenient option, although the prices are quite high and the selection is limited. The stores are clean, and they are open 24/7.
