Portions were good and so was the price. The decor seemed a little out dated and the overall atmosphere wasn’t my cup of tea. Reminded me of a 90’s chain restaurant. Overall not a bad place to get some fish and chips.
This restaurant is just down the block from the Hampton Inn in Arroyo Grande we were staying in, so it was worth the walk. It’s a darling restaurant with a lovely interior, and the food was delicious. We had the seafood sampler platter and it did not disappoint. It’s definitely worth your time !
The food here is excellent. The sea red Ahi sandwich had a wonderful balance of flavors, and while the bread was crispy, it was a bit tough. The coleslaw had a delightful wasabi-like kick. As for the service, they did get my order wrong, but the staff was very friendly.
During our vacation, my husband and I dined at this restaurant and were seated right next to a lovely fish tank. For starters, we had Clam Chowder and sweet and spicy Calamari, both of which were delightful. The Calamari was especially fresh. For the main course, I chose the Prawn Tacos while my husband went for the fish and chips. I was so full from the appetizers that I had to take my tacos home, and my husband took some of his meal too. The sauce on the tacos was absolutely heavenly. Everything we tried was delicious, and our server was very attentive. We would definitely return, even if just for the Calamari.
Excellent service and high-quality food in a pleasant atmosphere. The clam chowder is delicious and very satisfying. The onion rings are cooked perfectly, though the wings could use a bit more spice.
