Def not better than the two. I could not get over the dry stale bread and the dry chicken breast. Then I ordered two extra sauces I want to pay for my sauce. It's my money. These chicken places be like sauce on us okay. Fine thanks. But then when I ask for three sauces they get all weird. I tried to pay for it. When we got home we saw they didn't even put sauce in the package. Customer service was off.
Lanni Gabe me super star customer service. I am so happy with my order . One of my all time favorite chicken spots. And having a great employee makes it so much better. Will be back
When we first pulled in there were no people so we thought maybe it isn't good after all! But hey we decided to go in anyway. The play list was so good! Took me back to my high school days!! The employees who served us were absolutely wonderful. Great customer service and just were really nice to chat with. The food was really good and cooked perfectly! I would totally come back! A bit pricey but as long as the food is good I don't mind :
Very very disappointed!!! Tenders doesn't have Batter or crunch you guys must be kidding right!! Sandwich doesn't come with fries and $14 coleslaw not good at all please change the recipe! Very pricey compared to the other hot chicken's places nearby. Won't come back again
Spent $50 and this is the absolute worst chicken sandwich and fries I can remember eating. Have I had worse? Maybe. Do I remember? No. This is the worst I can remember. From the soggy chicken sandwich with even soggier coleslaw and soggy pickles, to the soggy undercooked fries, to the hard, stale bread, to the very mediocre sauce... it was terrible. Who has coleslaw and pickles that are mushy?? Seriously. They mushed in your mouth it was disgusting. And the flavor tasted like it's been sitting in liquid and then they tossed a ridiculous amount of pepper to attempt to hide the horrible flavor and texture. Sooo peppery and this is coming from someone who loves pepper. They tried to mask every bad flavor with pepper and salt. The chicken meat was very dry. Very very dry. No crisp. Batter was... can you guess? Peppery. In other peoples photos the chicken piece is huge and extends far past the bread but in our case it barely covered the bun and it was extremely thin. Not a delicious thick cut piece like at other places. The pickles fell apart when you tried to chew they were so unusually soft. The bread bun tasted stale, the bread was actually dry. The dirty fries? Dont even get me started. They were so soggy the fries were falling apart. I dont think they were cooked long enough, they tasted undercooked. Also super duper salty like a can of salt was dumped on top of the nasty coleslaw, pickles and not so great sauce. The cheese did it absolutely no justice. It was like movie theater nacho cheese and didn't at all blend with the flavors nicely. Even if the flavors had been yummy it wouldn't have blended. No idea how this place is popular. The price is crazy expensive, more than other fried chicken sandwiches in the area and the quality is so extremely poor. I feel like this can't be their normal quality or people would never eat here and their reviews wouldn't be high. Did I catch them in the worst day ever? I'm honestly confused. Oh and I forgot to mention we paid extra for honey, expecting a good quality hand poured container of honey like you get at cluck and blaze but what was it? A small packet of craft honey. Yeah. That happened. TLDR: Dont go here. Stick to Cluck and Blaze.
