The popcorn shrimp was hard and over cooked. And the fried chicken breast under the crust skin was slimey and barely any meat and its like $5 for one breast. I would totally pay that for a great fried chicken breast, this was not great. And my sauces were all sticky and my biscuit was hard as a rock. And they left out my butter and honey after asking for it like 3x's. Not impressed at all.
Wow, don't know how you can be so bad at serving food. 15 minute wait to get to the window with only 4 cars ahead of me. The kicker being they wouldn't let order a menu item. It was actually on the big screen right at the order kiosk. Fine, I order the beignets, after waint an additional 3 or 4 minutes I was asked if I could pull over and wait an additional 3 minutes. Uh, no. Give me my money back. Horrible experience will never go back.
I visited here last Saturday night (3/26/2022 8:40PM), so this review is a little late, but I had such a great experience that I remembered to write this review. I waited till I had time to write this, because I did not want to mess this up. I have also submitted a review to the surveys page. I want to start off with giving a great review to the lady named Daisy Marlene, who runs the drive-thru window. She showed some of the best customer service I have seen in years. She was super friendly, clear on the mic, knew everything about the menu and backwards, and was very kind to me. I had a very rough and long day, and had to make it back to the Coachella Valley late at night in LA weekend traffic. She was very kind to me, even for those short few minutes, that it restored my faith in humanity that night. …And I am just a stranger. She is one of the best in customer service, and I hope Popeyes has her as an example to all the other Popeyes in the country, because most Popeyes have sub-par customer service. She deserves a raise and promotion; she is an asset to your Company Chain. The rest of the staff were equally great, and the food came out really good compared to other stores (thank you chefs behind the counter They all deserve some love from corporate too, and not treated like commodities. I wish I had time to thank them properly, but I hope this suffices. I will be coming to this location in Los Angeles from now on. I don’t normally write reviews, so I hope management acts on a review for once.
The chicken us under cooked it was still red inside. I asked for spicy and they don't have spicy or they don't give a sht. Because they did not make it spicy. The drink was the only think they didn't mess up. I'm not going to this Popeyes again. They also keeped my change too. It's was $1.85 but she probably needs it more. I give 2 star's because the soda was good.
