Tim Hortons - Arthabaska

Slowest service ever seen. 40 minutes in line only 7 cars in front of me... waste of time :

Opened 6 to 4pm and that's if it's opened at all ... No donuts no timbits you better ask what they have left you'll save time on you're next order

Bathrooms were dirty, paper on the floor, toilet paper empty, and the men’s toilet was clogged and full. Waited in line for 15 mins even though it appeared there was plenty of staff. Did not appear to be any management present as most staff lacked direction of any kind.

Vey slow service… rude… there was nothing left to eat at 3pm ??

The cashier was upset that my French wasn't very good, however, neither was her English, which made lunch an interesting scenario.
