Butlin's Traditional Fish Chip - Arun

Came here with the family and it was terrible. we ordered food and a table that ordered us. we waited over 40-45 minutes and after we discussed this with other diners on my table, a waiter then informed that we could have our food, but at different times as the thirsty we delay eating so that we decided to wait until we could all have our meal at the same time. when the food arrived, he was not good. fish cakes were not crispy/color, the rusty sausages were overhauled, muddy peasant watery and chips tepid. I did not cancel the order until after this waiting to rekooked/dispute meal with manager, as it had already taken so much time that we had missed the show we wanted, and I also did not want my family to feel uncomfortable. I will not come back and would recommend that they save their money by facing the super market to get a sandwich.

I and my family came here on Sunday evening in our last night of our stay, eating and the service was amazing, there was a little waiting for eating due to a full restaurant, but we are told that before we sat. callum was very friendly and great with our little one, he was also very patient when we ordered him and changed my thoughts. could not blame anything, will come back here.

Very good service and eating was also really good. very helpful staff and for the gluten-free allergies of my wife cares without problems with much on the menu to eat them

We ate here in our first night as part of the dunes around the scheme. we all enjoyed the experience so much we booked to return in our last night. the cod and haddock were excellent and a credit to the cook. the whole front of the house team was friendly and attentive above all the manager(which compares cheaply with my favorites yorkshire chippies and that says much!

Had an amazing meal during our stay at Butlins, we found the food amazing service quick and great value for money.
