So Ive pulled into a stall at 8:40 and was ready to orderPushed the order button and waited almost 10 minutes for a response, none came.

I ordered there twisted brezel with cheese and it was amazing? the food came fast and the service was great, I also got a shake and the quality was not the best and had a lot of strawberry food, this is very rare for this place. 4/5 would recommend food: 4/5

I have in the regular good service at this sonic. yes, sometimes there is a wait for my order, but this is expected at every fast food place and the workers are in the rule apologetic. but today I was in the car thru and the girl that took my order spoke so low that I could hardly hear her. I couldn't see the screen either because the sun meets him. I thought the order was correct as I only ordered three items. after my order I waited behind a car in front of me. they seemed to have a problem with their order. at one point I saw that the individual removed the lid from his drink and said it had no ice. the drink was taken and he was returned. I'm dressed to get my order and pay. She told me my whole time, but I couldn't really hear her and just handed over my card. she gave me a drink and my card and the reception then gave me my second article and closed the window. I've been waiting for a few seconds, provided I'd get my third article, but I'm not. read my reception and there were only two articles. I waited for her to reopen the window and let her know that I actually asked for another drink. she seemed irritated, her eyes rolled on me and turned around to make my drink. I had pulled out my card that I had to pay, but she gave me the drink without saying a word, so I took him and went away. After I was out of the parking lot, we realized the drinks that should have been the same, looked quite different. I pulled off the lid and noticed that the first drink I was given was actually another taste, but also looked like a stray had already been through the iid. I'm almost positiw that she gave me the drink from the customer who was before us. I went back and got the right drink from a helpful staff.
