Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Arvada

I've been going here for years because of the great food and delicious smoothies. The service is always good but yesterday the staff went above and beyond. I went in to pick up and online order and when I got back to my car it wouldn't start so I called for a tow and let the folks inside know that I'd get my car out of the way as soon as possible. A few hours later when the tow truck showed up the staff brought out smoothies for myself, the driver and my GF! It was such a hot day and they realized also not such a good day for me since my car was broken down so the smoothies and that gesture of kindness were great and very much appreciated! Thanks again!!

I went in tonight around 8:30 and the young lady working was extremely busy and she seemed to be the only one working. She was taking orders, making smoothies as well as food. She was not flustered, irritated, or rude. She was friendly and polite and she hustled!!! You do not see that work ethic these days. She had such great customer service, with a smile and all. I looked on my receipt for her name but it just shows to go.

Absolute terrible service I ordered online and arrived at the store 2 min early to my pick up time and had to wait an extra 28 min, they were not focused or organised at all no one was focused on one thing everyone seemed lost people coming in after me were getting their order way before mine, another customers order was just sitting there and no one called it out while the guy was waiting there for longer than me, awful! If someone ever orders ahead of time online that order should be focused on and taken care of why do you think they order ahead

We recently moved to the area and I am thrilled we have smoothies so close by!! Every smoothie I've tried has been so good and their food is yummy as well! The customer service is wonderful too!!

I love this place. It's so much better than Jamba Juice. Better options, health choices and the flavors rock. The styrofoam cups keep your drink cold for a long period of time. The eatable straws are great also but always have a regular straw handy or you'll be eating your straw and have no way to drink your yummy juice!
