It does not look like much on the outside and you will probably doubt that you are in the right place when you drive there, but there are some signs with 'cafe' in large letters on a tree trunk and the name of the cafe to display the location, and go in won't disappoint at all. We loved the food here during a long ride. The soup was amazing, tomato soup with chickpeas and beans, came with bread and salad. We had the menu with dessert and drink. The desserts were made fresh and very tasty. The icy oolongtee was refreshing. The ambience and style of the restaurant is beautiful. They sell craft they make, as well as jams and cakes etc, so we have some food for the street.
A hidden gem, a café combined with bakery and art. Very well-designed and decorated. An Instagram-friendly place. Plenty of corners for those who love to take photographs. Do explore outside as well. Tje rosemary cookies and fruit cake are recommended. Red pasta is also good.
It's a beautiful place. Surrounded by nature. There are even two Canadian canoes in the ceiling! The food was also delicious.
Cozy little cafe just down the road fro the zoo Visited in early January so the warm fire place makes it an ideal place after the zoo The chicken curry was the most tender chicken I have ever had and the cakes topped it off beautifully Interesting American Indian themed decor Must have been quite an effort to get the canoes all the way from the states
We happen to have the best café visit during our trip! Good Life Cafe is one of the sweetest cafés I've ever been. The place feels very cozy and cozy. Decorations are very beautiful and unique in their own way. Three employees we met (probably Papa Mom and daughter who own the place are very friendly and helpful. Although all menus are in Japanese, they still help to understand each menu of one for us, but don't worry, the waitress can understand English well enough for you what you order. Eating here are also amazing, almost everything is homemade and the things that are not yet locally grown. We have four of their menus and all are great, their cakes are also very beautiful and not too sweet. The drinks we order are berries, home-grown and one of the most beautiful fruit juices we had. We enjoy our time here and spent almost 2 hours without notice. Would like to go back if you have a chance. I added a collection of photos for references : TLDR: If you have any doubts whether you should try here, just visit! No need to think. You won't regret it.
