Treecycle Coffee Shop - Ascot

This coffee shop is fantastic! I've been a few times for coffee and a couple of times for breakfast. The food is beautifully presented, fresh, and tasty. The coffee is superb and the service is awesome. Keep up the good work, we will definitely be back again and again! ❤️

We have visited this restaurant for breakfast multiple times and continue to return. We enjoy the arepas and coffee. The breakfast menu and service are both excellent.

Hola amigos! Oh the reasons to love this cafe in Hamilton Portside.Supreme reason: taste of their own coffee. With the first sip of my espresso I asked the friendly barista Victor where the coffee comes from. He enthusiastically replied the blend of beans is brought in from three regions of Columbia, one region providing sweetness, one providing citrus and one providing body. As this gentleman described aspects of his coffee’s taste I experienced each sensation. Purchasing directly from the farmers and having the beans roasted locally in Brisbane provides a unique, authentic taste matched wonderfully by Victor’s deft touch.So much more to the cafe! In the back half of their ‘office', Ana provides fastidious attention to each item she produces - with attention to detail that has to be seen to be appreciated. The menu provides interesting, different items as well as great interpretation of regular classics. Of note: “A Hole in Avo” - baked avocado with poached eggs topped with pistachio and parmesan crumble served with halloumi and the Matcha green tea pancakes to die for - to name a couple.One note: as with any business that provides a quality product, sometimes it may take a few moments for the art in each creation to be produced. If in a hurry though, just ask the staff, they are more than happy to oblige!Popular with local businesses and residents, these lovely South American people deserve to pick up the broader cruise ship crowd, and should be a favourite amongst any Columbian or Spanish speaking and indeed anybody interested in outstanding service and excellent coffee!

There was 5 of us, 4 had incorrect orders ranging from left out things to forgotten orders. I have tried with this place but I am giving up, the good thing is there are PLENTY of places to go at Portside. The staff or owners are very nice, smiling but the slow service and messed up orders is well below par. Sorry but in my opinion you have to be good to survive in the food game.

Food and coffee is the only saviour here. Customer service is clearly not a priority - service very slow and non responsive when problems arise. There needs to be some sort of business plan put into place. This place could be great but no one seems to have a clue how to run a place
