Domino's Pizza - Ashburn

Should have an option for zero stars. Horrible customer service. Filthy kitchen.

I just ordered from this location and they delivered the wrong food to me. The delivery guy literally said my name but still gave me someone else’s food and the receipt he gave me doesn’t even say my name I’m so annoyed because now they’re closed and no one is answering the phone

Refund was issued and we will try them again on another night. We ordered a pizza at 5:50 pm. The estimated time for delivery was for 35 42 minutes. At 6;47, we still had no pizza and the tracker stated that quality control started at 6:01 pm. It then states that the pizza left the store at 6:39 pm. Why would I have to pay for food that sat at the store for over 38 minutes before sitting yet again in the car? It is over an hour and we still have no food. Tried calling the store but I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and gave up.

Ordering online, Domino's Tracker, hasn't worked for two weeks. Calling gets you an unhappy employee who can't get you off the phone soon enough. All of takes away from the yummy taste of their food, which surprisingly arrives quickly.
