Bone And Broth - Asheville

Only wow! everything about this place was perfect. our waiter and bartender, michael, was phenomenal. we stayed at our slum week in asheville, in the princess anne hotel, and traveled to bone broth for a late dinner I booked on the day before. we were quickly welcomed and sitting and congratulated ours. the drinks and eating were all excellent! we ordered both the specificity of the chop shop this evening, a denver steak and it was probably one of the best cuts of steak I have ever tried. the chop shop is a local metzger shop right next door, so it is not much more local and fresh than that. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent food and service.

That is a nice place to have dinner. the service is fast. our host/server is very attentive and pleasant to the customers. the price is resonable. my pigeon is so delicious and soft. I was wasting it. many choices in the menu. steak is also great. this is a must to visit when they are in asheville.

Love, love, love this place. wonderful, nurturing and attentive staff. beautiful ambiente and the best of all eating was amazing! I love finding a place that has great options for my diet. I am all about the ketogenic food and I was in heaven. clean organic food here! if you are here, please pick up the nuts sprouts and the bone broth! great place for a romantic dinner, at night with the girls.... whatever the small occasion, I don't think they will be disappointed!

I was happy enough to try this place before a few weeks before the Gojira show and have absolutely loved it. eating was amazing, the staff was helpful, and the atmosphere was perfect!

Great place. Lots of seating and the food we tried was great. Had some bone broth and lions mane crab cakes. Really good. The rest of the menu looks excellent. Lots of options and cocktails. Would def recommend.
