Chili's Grill - Asheville

Please pick up. I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before the designated time and waited 30 minutes. The Speck Cheeseburger came with a piece of bacon that was only half an inch thick. The steak was undercooked, and the asparagus was raw. Overall, it was the worst meal I've had for $60.00.

I really appreciate the deals Chili's offers, like the dinner for two for $25 and the dinner for one for $10; they are fantastic values. However, it seems that the restaurant isn't strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines, which I'm not a fan of. That said, my overall experience was good.

The curbside service is very disappointing! They never come to your car, and when you finally get their attention, they are quite frustrating to deal with. My order was also missed twice.

Good food at a fair price. Server was great! Make the food better and better when you are well treated.

Tbh, I don?t know much about this Chili?s, and I haven?t gotten my food yet, but my husband and I got fantastic service from Taylor at the takeout counter. He was professional, appropriately fast-paced without being rushed, and gave me a Coke while I waited for my food. Honestly after a long day it was exactly what I needed: some kindness. You never know how far good service goes...thanks for making my day Taylor!
