I've visited a couple of times, and while most of the food is good standard bar fare, the chicken and bacon boxty is on another level. It's incredibly delicious, and from now on, I plan to order it every time I come. Additionally, their beer selection is quite impressive and seems to change regularly, featuring many local options. The staff were also very nice and friendly!

The beer selection is quite good and seems well-maintained, but unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. I ordered the shepherd's pie while my wife opted for the bangers and mash. On the positive side, the potatoes were decent. However, the negatives far outweighed this. The vegetables in my pie tasted either canned or frozen, and they were quite unpleasant. As for the bangers, they were primarily made of meat but lacked the flavorful spices that real bangers usually have. The onions in the gravy were not cooked through, which might be fine if you enjoy a bit of crunch with your mash. Overall, if you decide to visit, I'd recommend skipping the food and sticking to the beer. Additionally, don't expect an authentic atmosphere; the decor is very basic, and a few Irish towels here and there don’t add much charm.

My son is a huge fan of everything Irish, so we decided to visit this Irish restaurant and pub. He ordered the Jameson Burger and mentioned it was one of the best burgers he's ever had, which is quite a compliment to the restaurant. I chose a more traditional option and had the chicken pie.
