Longhorn Steakhouse - Asheville

This chain has hit the rock bottom with their service and their eating. I couldn't chew my steak and couldn't have my appetizer. the waiter said we should have said something, but he never showed up until it was too late. for an exceptional culinary experience, they try post 25 in asheville. we go to the restaurant from now on.

Sorriest service. I'm just waiting for our food after waiting for 25 minutes, just to order. we were already at our table and it took 25 min. no drink or even a hallo. I'm never back when they put us on a table, please confirm our existence. that would not be a star review, but it is no option. the people next to us came after us, it's almost finished with the meal. currently waiting for manager.

The first time in one. everything was great. steaks cooked perfectly. our server amy r was attentive and cheerful. definitiw return, much earlier this time. food: 5/5

We was not given any silverware so we couldn't cut bread or spread butter. We had to go ask for silverware. The black napkins had white lint all over them which made them not look clean and we could not get drinks refilled.

3 people in our group ordered the same thing. 2 were beautifully done. One looked like a totally different steak.The manager did offer to prepare another steak, but we never send anything back to the kitchen. The rest of the food was good, the brussel sprouts were delicious.
