Out Of The Blue Peruvian Fusion Cuisine Food Truck

The food is incredible, and the chef is one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I highly recommend giving it a try; you won't be disappointed!

Undoubtedly the best food truck around! They offer authentic Peruvian cuisine that will delight your taste buds. The portions are generous, and the quality and presentation of the food are unmatched. Today, I enjoyed the Turkey Butifarra Sandwich (made with Peruvian-style sliced turkey, lettuce, pickled onions, yellow pepper aioli, and OOB mustard) alongside the Spring Vegan Quinoa Salad (featuring quinoa, edamame, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and crushed carrots, all tossed in the chef's special dressing). It was fantastic, as always!

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly. We highly recommend trying the Cholo Pommes, which features pork served in a poncho.

We have some great trucks in Asheville and Out of the Blue is up there. Very creative and tasty menu.... try the best chicken wings of all time!. Super friendly service. Very recommended.

Big portions and everything was great! We had the roasted beef sandwich. My kids loved the salchipapa (no sauce).
