The Crow Quill - Asheville

The atmosphere is fantastic and the cocktails are top-notch. The restaurant is quite small and gets very busy on weekends. If you're a whisky lover, you have to try the smoked tobacco cocktail. They also make a delicious espresso martini, which might be the best one I've ever had.

Crow and Quill has been one of my favorite bars in Asheville for about 4 years. It is a charming speakeasy bar that caters to locals but is also welcoming to tourists. The location may be a bit tricky to find as there isn't much signage, just a dark door. The bartenders are very creative with their mixology skills. As of April 2nd, proof of vaccination is still required.

We discovered this restaurant online and decided to give it a try while visiting Asheville. Unfortunately, we had a very uncomfortable experience. The atmosphere was weird in a negative and unfriendly way. Both the staff and other customers seemed to be staring at us for a long time. We had to show proof of vaccination, which is understandable, but then we were treated differently - I received a member card while my partner was just a guest. Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but this place made me feel like someone was following me. I still feel scared.

Great place. You’d never guess it from the outside but it’s amazing once you come inside. We were delighted with a musical treat by a cello and pianist playing. Amazing drinks and a chill atmosphere if you don’t want anything too crazy. Go here. Make it a stop. Thank us later.

Neat little place with a speakeasy vibe. The drinks are really delicious. There was a jazz band playing when we stopped in.
