Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse - Asheville

Dined for a second time for Chef's creative menu offering. A great value at $38.00 and it gives a coursed dinner through the menu. Favors and presentation were excellent. Zander provided great service and knowledge to our table.

What an amazing experience we had on Saturday. Jeremy and Xander were absolutely awesome, I can tell they have a great manager and hostess. They made sure we felt welcomed, found us a table (lucky for us, since we didn't have a reservation). Food is top notch and so are drinks. Definitely will highly recommend it.

An absolutely amazing experience. The food is superb, the drinks are amazing the service was perfect. It was an experience to eat there, make sure to share a bunch of little plates to get to try everything. Ramen was also some of the best I have ever had. Will be driving down from Greenville more often just to eat here.

We made reservations specifically for the Valentine's Day tasting menu. It delivered, and then some.Standing out for us were the tenderloin and sea bass, but every dish had something fun to contribute to the flavor journey.We will surely come back to experience their tasting menu(s) again.

From the beginning to end, the dining experience was amazing! The drinks were so fresh (beet cocktail) and the food was so delicious (especially the pork ramen and sweet potatoes). The service was excellent. Will return again when I'm in the Asheville area!
