Wendy's - Asheville

Very good service! I think this was the nicest staff I've ever come across at a fast food place! Food was excellent too!

Came through the drive through at 11:00pm, ordered $23 worth of food, paid and was told to move to a parking spot and they’d bring the food out, 25 minutes later a worker comes and asks what we ordered, 11:50 we finally get our food. When I told the worker I understood they are busy but we’ve only been waiting 45 plus minutes she just threw her hands up and walked away. My son’s food that we picked up a block away prior to ordering here is now ice cold. Our time can’t be returned but our money can be. Now I’m purchasing yet another meal for my son. 0/10 do not recommend

I gave this location 1 Star simply because I was hired one week prior too coming in my first day February 5th 2024 and was asked what size shirt I wore and then was taken in the back too go over my information and told my paperwork was never put in which I never even received and told too come back in one week so I went across the street too long John silver's cause they pay a dollar more and didn't give me the run around this Wendy's location screwed themselves with me

Prices are jacked up too much for this type of food. Wendy 's has been my family 's go-to for decades, but the service has changed. We 're now at the no more stage. This is due to a long fuse of patience that 's burned to the core because of a lack of quality control. We order burgers mostly. and the drive-thru orders are often messed up. Workers don 't seem to read the order screen, pay attention to what they 're making, and verify what food goes into what bags. It seems very disorganized. We order LMNO and get XYZ, again and again. As a fam, we 've collectively decided to take a hiatus. Instead, we 'll allocate our resources to another place that takes the time to ensure workers are properly trained on quality measures and food order accuracy. The good news is that their vanilla frosty has returned from vacation.
