India Food 2 Go Kirkby - Ashfield

Love the food. The issue is actually getting it. Regularly 2 to 3 hours to receive but Tonight was the last time. Ordered at 1810. Queried where order was at 2052. Told food would be 20 minutes. Queried at 2130. Was told would be 25 minutes. That would make it nearly 4 hours. Don't believe they had any intention of delivering. Whilst I appreciate we live a distance from there they state they deliver to this postcode. If they can't do it they shouldn't accept the orders. Stupid thing is their order tracker states it was delivered after just over an hour. Such a shame as will no longer use them despite the good food.

I am a keen curry enthusiast and I must say these guys really do it well. Fantastic flavours, always arrives piping hot which is great considering we are a 20 minute drive away! The meat is always cooked very well, the lamb is always very succulent when I have ordered it. Gone for a traditional Balti this evening Can’t wait!

A little late sometimes but when there's a problem they are quick to put it right. I put a bad review on just eat before I called them and I'd change it now if I could. My replacement meal was absolutely delicious

Ordered several times, each time there has been errors and I have given benefit of the doubt, oh its your first order- its new years eve, they may be busy. today my meal arrived with no rice. called and they said they gave me extra poppadoms. rice is an accompaniment and cannot be substituted with poppadoms. randg to explain and they said we can send the rice withinh 20mins if I wanted it. no customer service skills what so ever. gave up now

As I already did a review about my latest order I will do one more about it on here. I ordered on the 31st, food never turned up. Tried calling 20 times and it was always busy tone, next day I called again and no luck. Got in touch with just eat and according to their investigation team the order has been delivered. I’m so disappointed with the place and just eat for letting me down. I love the food but I wouldn’t order again just because I paid £20 for food which I never got, after trying to call them the next day to give them another chance and get this right no one answered..... keep the £20 I hope they will make you richer, but you lose much more in long term for losing me as a customer...
