Bojangles - Ashland

That's usually my favorite bojangles. The last visit was not very good. I think they were low on the staff because the dining area was closed. The cookies were dry and crumby and the famous chicken biscuit we usually get was raw in the middle. Come with you! I didn't miss her at the Raating because I like to give good restaurants a second chance to redeem myself. But I couldn't just give 4 stars because the uncooked sandwich would have made my husband very sick.

Never heard of Bojangles (I am from the Baltimore area), so we thought we would try them out. Service was SLOW and the dining room was a mess. Staff were super friendly but took FOREVER to do everything. It was almost weird to watch. Chicken is not very good. I don't see the hype. Definitely not delicious. The pommes were delicious, I'll say. The cookie was crispy, the chicken tasted like nothing, and her wells so tasted flat. Staff were ridiculously friendly. I'm just giving three stars.

Came here this morning to get breakfast and the doors are locked, restaurant is closed and the people are around the ride thru and there are not someone in this restaurant. How can you do business?

I am here several times and the doors are locked and unlocked at random times and there is no sign or anything. And my truck doesn't fit. Be consistent when you close the dining room by chance only close it all the time.

It was ok. One of three pieces of chicken was served hot. Asked for extra seasoning on fries, no seasoning whatsoever. Then questioned about high blood pressure. Otherwise, the crew worked well with each other. The store was clean.
