We had an amazing experience! It was my mom's first time dining at a place like this, and she can't stop raving about it. I really enjoyed the ice plant in the little tomato salad, the oysters paired with the house-made tartar sauce, and the sake pairings. Learning about and tasting the translucent halibut was also a highlight. Everything was just outstanding. Thank you, everyone! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The best food I've ever had. Not sure what else to say. It was amazing! Josh explained every dish very well and the drink pairings were perfect. Next time I plan a trip to Ashland, Mas will be the first place I make a reservation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

OK, it's been almost a week since we ate at Mas and I'm still thinking about the food. Each tasting course is a parade of flavors and palate sensations that you won't easily forget. In fact the word food seems like an understatement! Josh is able to balance flavors in such a way that you taste the unfamiliar while also experiencing food memories at the same time. This is all achieved in a comfortable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Josh, Evan and Ellie work in such Harmony that it truly enhances the dining experience. Thank you. Can't wait to return. Extraordinary. A great surprise. Super top shelf dining that would be at home anywhere in New York SF Vegas Strip. Every dish was exceptional with a shout out to the Unagi Custard Caviar dish and the Wagyu Potato dish. The wine pairing was spot on and delivered by the Chef proprietor to boot. The biggest differentiator may have been how they thread the needle between elegant and casual, creating total classy comfort.
