Mcdonald's - Ashland

Idk, if that's the right McDonald's, but I just visited the 64 in Ashland and was served by Spencer. He was great! He had so much patience with me as I was extremely indecision and happy because I was in the car in the last 9 hours of my life. He adjusted my order for me last minute, as I realized that I didn't order Pommes. Great service! You're the right Mvp.

Only got a kid's meal. Hot fresh food. Order (money) taker was friendly. Lady handing out orders seemed to be having a bad day. Wait time was a little long but it was during lunch rush.

I noticed that many of the reviews were quite negative, but my experience was very positive. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom. The staff was professional and polite, and even though they were busy, my order was served promptly. The only downside was that they don't provide trays for dine-in customers. On a positive note, my quarter pounder was cooked perfectly, which I can't say has been my experience at other McDonald’s locations.

This restaurant is always exceptional! Whenever I order add-ons, they make my Big Mac delicious and perfectly messy—not dry at all! And their breakfast? Absolutely the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had! I truly love the McDonald's I order from. All the employees are fantastic! I really miss going in to pick up my food for that reason, but I appreciate DoorDash now that I'm not able to get out as often. It has made my life so much easier!
