Perfect Pollo Peruvian Tex-mex

Definitely was greeted, seated and took our order fast. The waiter Vonni was amazing and so pleasant. Not sure if the guy giving her orders was her boss but he needs to relax and stay home. He was barking orders and micro managing the waiters.We only stopped here because there was nothing else. I couldn’t figure out if it was two different establishments or one. This restaurant is the epitome of some owner who couldn’t decide if they wanted to sell Peruvian or Mexican. A little football memorabilia on the walls and empty pool tables on a Saturday night.The bang bang shrimp was the highlight to the dinner. It was the right amount of crunch and extremely fresh!Shrimp tacos were what they were, nothing special about it but they were tasty.The roasted chicken could’ve definitely been better. The whole chicken should be covered in the season not only for taste but also for aesthetic purposes. The chicken fried rice that comes as a side was nothing to rave about.kids meal didn’t have chocolate milk it advertise on menu so please keep that in stock.Overall I would never go out my way to eat here but it wasn’t awful. $70 for dinnerParking: Big parking lotKid-friendliness: A lot of different families here with their children.

My wife and I wanted Peruvian Chicken and checked goggle maps for something close. Perfect Polo was closest. But as we got closer, the Tex Mex addition dawned on me and I was uncertain what to expect. Then we pulled up and the place is a total sports bar. Now I'm really feeling like I didn't make a good choice. The atmosphere is really weird.However, my half chicken with Plantains and Yuka was terrific. The Plantains were perfect. Absolutely delicious. The Yuka was alright. The chicken was outstanding. The drinks were great. They have a real variety of beer and spirits.Strange experience, but I'll definitely be going back. Odd as it was, it was great food and great service with a very good selection, and.... sports on TV. C'mon.

Food was good. Service was bad. Asked for a refill of water 3 times and for some extra sauce and they kept forgetting.

This place has undergone significant changes over the past year. It previously operated like a Chipotle-style restaurant where you would place your order at the counter. Now, it has transformed into more of a sit-down bar and restaurant, complete with pool tables and a unique layout. The food was fantastic, and I had the chance to try something I haven't seen anywhere else: fried yucca root. It tasted similar to thick-cut potato fries.
