FYI food is as u would expect but the greasy haired middle aged female taking orders was rude and hard of hearing, which apparently makes it ok to speak with a disrespectful, condescending tone after asking 4 times for my order To make it easier, I spoke the quantity in spanish, to which she became even more rude. As someone who is from Texas has hispanic family members, her blatantly mocking me was the final straw. Keep your attitude and lose customers! This order was for a group of emt responders, who just assisted my family. So I went down the road to mcdonald’s 1/2 a mile away and was treated much more professionally. They don’t deserve any business if this how they treat customers.

Not bad guys! Was a little disappointed there wasn't a dedicated kids meal but the hot fries and pleasant service from our order taker/window server made up for it. It took a few extra minutes but my fries were hot and burgers made exactly how I requested. They made my dad an excellent strawberry swirl cone that he throughly enjoyed. This restaurant is a pain to go to simplybecause of where it is. Because they do such a good job at the service and taste of the food it makes it worth the occasionalinconvenience of the weirdness of Ashland Kentucky's roads. While it isnt Louisiana or my old Checkers ..its pretty darn close.Overall solid 4 stars.. a tad of salt in the hot fries or salt packet would have made it 5. Will definitely go again.
