Chipotle Mexican Grill - Aspen Hill

I paid 22 dollars for extra steak, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. This is what I received. A table spoon of guacamole, less than a tea spoon of sour cream and a little steak which a pinch of cheese. I’m livid. The lady at the counter was kind enough to remake my order but it still didn’t have any sour cream. The always give attitude to my friends when they go there. This is the worst chipotle without question. A total disappointment beyond belief.

Do not recommend this chipotle during lunch/dinner rush hours. Went to get lunch for my boyfriend and i, had to wait a long time in line and when I got home which is only 5 mins away, the food was cold, soggy and wet. We didn’t eat the food anymore and just threw it away and order something else. The food was definitely not fresh at all. It tasted like if it was from the night before.

Ok so I gave a review before but today is another review 6/18/22. The tables and booths where dirty. Not all workers are wearing mask. The one older lady that was on the food prep line was making comments about peoples food. She didn't have a mask on. Food was good. The one thing they should ask is it fir dining in or take out. They just need to clean up and wear mammon the food line.

This chipotle is terrible, you do not get what you are paying for. They do not even put the right amount of portions in your bowl . I'm paying 11 dollars for a bowl I expect to receive what I'm paying for . They barely put enough rice in the bowl for a child and just a half of scoop of chicken or whatever meat you are asking for. also the meat looked like it could of been scraps . Customer service is horrible. Especially if I have to pay for extra meat because they can not give you what the portion is supposed to be. Management needs to train employees better than what they have , it seems they just hire anyone. Stay away from this store go elsewhere. This chipotle needs to get it together. They are going to loose business

Not good I still can't believe what happened today at chipotle mongomery mall. the staff are so contemptuous when dealing with customers ... how is it possible that they hide to not attend, regardless of whether they are not to your liking, it is A SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING so that they hide and to top it off they serve with a bad face what a thing so horrible to feel that they don't want to serve you even because they were begging for their food
