Mcdonald's - Astoria

Ive ordered 4 dang holiday pies for my family. I received two. I got credits in store. I than used those credits to buy 4 more since the other 2 were cold. When I receive my second order of 4 pies, there was actually just two again. Im very upset and honestly confused.

My Big Mac meal was delivered in a timely manner but the whole meal was cold. Probably wont use Door Dash again. It was a very expensive cold meal.

We stopped to get some coffee and our dog does not do well in cars and the awesome guy working the drive thru gave us a puppacino! Wish I remembered to get his name as he deserves the recognition!

This McDonald's is really doing great, the food was in my hand in less than a minute from the time that I walked in the door. I used the app to order for the first time recently in the drive thru and I appreciate the deals, I didn't have to even pull forward. Yay!

My first visit through the drive-thru at this McDonald's and it was okay except for the fact that we were not offered catch up nor did we get any in the bag for the order of my large fries. Bummer. Beautiful location oh, lots of smiles when people order fries employees need to offer ketchup not make the decision for the consumer. Thank you
