I 've been going there for a while and have no complaints about the food, my problem is with the new cashier 's nasty attitude. That alone makes me not want to return.

Even though this place is less than 10 minutes away, they consistently take over an hour and a half to deliver my food, regardless of how simple my order is. They've often been out of items I requested, forcing me to either accept substitutions or go without. On one occasion, I only found out about a replacement item after calling them to ask why my food was delayed. How have they been in business for years without sorting these issues out? You might wonder why I keep ordering from them. The food is decent—certainly not great enough to justify these constant frustrations, but still enjoyable. The bigger issue is that I can’t seem to find another restaurant within a reasonable distance that serves roti in my area. I’ve searched high and low, but there's simply no other place in Long Island City or Astoria offering decent Caribbean West Indian roti. So until another option opens up, I guess I'm stuck feeling disappointed... and I won’t hesitate to voice that disappointment.

The food quality is quite poor. The meat is either overly fatty, overcooked, or even undercooked. The customer service leaves much to be desired. They mixed up my order, and when I called to resolve the issue, they offered no real solutions. They completely messed up my entire order, and instead of a refund or an exchange, I was just given the runaround. There are definitely much better options for Caribbean food in Queens than this place. I would not recommend it at all to anyone looking for value for their money.
