Portnoy you missed the mark on this one. The pizza here is amazing. The owner and his son are great people, just met them but they treated me like family. The pizza is better than anything I had in Manhattan, sorry John's of Bleecker.

Today we had the pleasure to eat at sac’s place in kaufman movie studios. baked filled mushes, basilikum pizza and handmade gnocchi. everything we ate was fantastic. drinks were also great. service was super attentive and warm. the owner was there and came here to talk to us, super friendly guy gave us the background information that many of the recipes on the menu are his grandmother and back over 100 years. this place is a jewel.

Our table divided two pizzas pfefferoni and a mushroom, wobble, ricotta combo. both were the classic crust. absolutely delicious! the service was attentive and quite fast. the decoration was very beautiful; this was a great place to dinate for a family group.
