Subway - Astoria

The drive through goes from being open to closed at random times. Never consistent. But the staff is very friendly and always have fresh produce!

Extremely tight, limited parking. Drive through order microphone has been out of service for over a year now. Last week, even the pick-up window out of service. Average Subway fare. Friendly staff.

I’ve been there 2 morning this past month, both times i was rushed out of there even though there was only me in the store. she goes so super fast and makes me say what i want right away or she gets annoyed. i don’t get time to look at my options, which is pretty annoying. i even feel bad for ordering a sandwich at all, which i shouldn’t have to feel bad about. but i do enjoy going there in the afternoon and night when the other workers are working because they don’t rush me and they’re all super nice and helpful !

Like others said, the service was rude and abrupt, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. Ordering 5 sandwiches took about 10-15 minutes and my order was still done incorrectly. My foot long sandwich was decent and tasted normal. The restaurant was relatively clean, with the notable exception of the bathrooms.

Asked for a few pickles. Which I said multiple times to her. And she gives me like 7 pickles for my half of the sandwich. Then she squirts a huge glob of mustard on one end of it and barely covered the rest. I could tell we interrupted her break. She was sitting down eating when we walked in. When we left she went back to her table to eat. Nothing wrong with that. The person who was in the back should have stepped in and took over. It's proper co-working
