We ordered cake pops and hot chocolate bombs for events we were hosting. They turned out absolutely stunning and so yummy!

Terrible service. Attempted going into the store to place an order for a cake for my daughter in 2 weeks. They said the baker was busy and to send an email instead. Refused to even speak to us. I made it very clear to the baker what type of cake I wanted. I sent one picture of the cake I wanted. And a second picture of a certain design I wanted added on to our cake but not the actual cake. Baker got confused or just must have not read correctly because she thought we wanted both cakes, one On top of the other. She emailed me to clarify what colors I wanted for the cake, since the pictures I sent were different colors. Again, I only picked one of the cakes. We fixed the issue and she said she can make it all the same color. But implying it was my fault because I never specified on the notes I wanted the cakes the same color. When again… I only ever picked one cake. So I told her again what I wanted, I sent her a previous messages where I said what I wanted. Baker sent a message asking what I wanted to do. 5 minutes later she sends a message saying I was talking to her in a “certain” way and that she’s not the baker I needed for my needs(when we had already solved the issue and said to just make the cake all one color, and I was just trying to straighten out her confusion) and sent me back my deposit and cancelled the order herself . 2 days before my daughters birthday. Completely unprofessional. The error (in the bakers fault) was already fixed but she was not being adult enough to admit she made the error and just move on. Almost 100% sure she was not even making my cake. She said she was extremely busy making a number of other cakes and couldn’t send me a picture of it but she had the time to send me back my deposit. The reason I wanted to go in person in the the first place was to avoid any confusion. TERRIBLE SERVICE.To your response, at no point did I ever talk to you in a rude manner. I did not curse at you. I apologized for the confusion. The only thing i did was repeated multiple times what i wanted because i told you from the beginning. And you did not seem to grasp that. I apologized and was only trying to make it clear I was not at fault here because you kept telling me i wasnt clear in the notes, when i was clear since the beginning i only wanted the one cake. If you read it in a mean tone, i apologize AGAIN but that was not my intention. We had fixed the issue, i said just make it all pink. But you wanted to get upset and cancel an order over a discrepancy? You are completely unprofessional.

I was really excited to try Homemade in Humble for my son 's birthday cake. I see so many people recommend her. The ordering process and response time was great. The cake looked great! In a FB message I mentioned I forgot to ask them to put Happy Birthday, (son 's name on the order form. Totally slipped my mind!! She said she found a cake topper that said Happy Birthday and would add the name on the board. I picked up the cake and noticed his name was not on the board. I mentioned it to the lady who packaged up the cake. She looked at the order form and said, it 's not on the form. I explained it was communicated through a FB message. Again she said it 's not on the order form. I felt brushed off. They seemed busy and I didn 't press the issue. It really wasn 't a big deal, but didn 't appreciate being brushed off. I was really disappointed in the flavor, specifically the icing. It didn 't have any flavor/sweetness, and tasted nothing like buttercream icing. I 've honestly had better tasting cakes from a grocery store (and other bakers. Maybe they use a bucket too. See owner 's response. This is my personal experience and not everyone will have this experience or maybe they don 't like sweet cakes.

These cupcakes were simply amazing. Every guest at my party gave them rave reviews. Please look no further.

This place is amazing and my sons cake was amazing! It was so delicious and moist! By far one of the best cakes I’ve tasted!
