Barberitos - Athens

By far the worst barbs around. Employees are rude and stingy with portions. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here!

This is by far the best Barberitos location in Athens. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I’ve never had a wrong order and the portions are fantastic. I’ve been going to this location for three years now and it has become a weekly staple for my household. Everything is fresh, made with care, and served with a smile. Vegetarian options: Non-meat and tasty tofu options. Dietary restrictions: Easy to choose tasty foods for everyone of every diet. Parking: A fair bit of parking with an additional large parking lot to the side of the building. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly restaurant with kids menu.

I was surprised by how much beef you get for $12.99 in the beef quesadilla; it's quite a small portion. I don't think I'll be returning, especially with other options along Highway 29 that offer better value for your money.

I’ve never had any problems at this restaurant in the past, but the new "manager" seems to have a really unpleasant attitude towards everyone. The other staff members have always been fantastic, but I won't be returning as long as he's in charge.

The portion sizes in their bowls have really decreased. It's disappointing to pay $10 for just a few spoonfuls. This is particularly true for the Barbs in the Athens Tech area.
