Mchappy's Donuts And Bake Shoppe

The donuts were fantastic! However, if you're a coffee drinker like I am, I wouldn't recommend getting coffee here. You’d be better off heading next door to Speedway for a better cup.

This classic donut shop serves some of the best fresh donuts in town. Growing up in Athens, I have fond memories of visiting Mchappy's Donuts on weekends for a sweet treat. I truly hope this beloved shop continues to thrive for many more decades. My wife has also come to love those weekend donut runs, eagerly anticipating the dozen we bring home for the kids. Even my mother would take the kids out for donuts during their sleepovers at grandma and grandpa's house.

The donuts are simply delicious, and I can't wait to have them again!

This is the highlight of my visits to Athens! (And seeing my daughter I guess... Everything is amazing!
