Starbucks - Athens

I absolutely love this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is spotless. The lines can be a bit long, but that's a testament to how much everyone enjoys coming here. The only area that could use some improvement is their app. I’m planning to use it to place my order in advance tomorrow so I can grab my drink before work, but it doesn’t always function properly. Sometimes it inaccurately shows items as unavailable, and there are times when we can't place advance orders because there aren't enough staff members to handle them. Despite that, everything else is fantastic!

I placed an order just before closing time, and the barista noticed that my drink looked old. Instead, he prepared a four-shot Americano for me, even though I had initially asked about the dark roast, which they didn’t have. He was generous and offered me extra options when I mentioned that the coffee tasted weak, which it actually didn’t. His friendly gestures really showed that he cared about my coffee and my overall experience. I could have mentioned that I was traveling with kids and needed a boost, as the espresso really helped me on my road trip. Overall, I want to keep this review objective, but I’m definitely more inclined to stop here again on my travels, thanks to this great experience!
