Dunkin' - Athol

I'm updating my review since I've visited this location several more times since my original feedback. The staff appear to have improved significantly in terms of order accuracy. They are also very friendly and quite efficient at the drive-thru. The service is much better than it was just six months ago.

They get my order wrong about half the time. When it's correct, the food is good, but when it's not, it can be quite frustrating.

The food is typical fast food—there's not much more to say about that. However, the service is usually exceptional and very friendly. When my wife and I visit, we often recognize the same staff members, and they are always fun, approachable, and efficient with our orders. That said, some employees could benefit from a more positive attitude when dealing with customers (just a little humor here!). As for the atmosphere, we primarily use the drive-thru, and it's located within a gas station, so it's pretty standard. Overall, it is what it is.

No one does it better than them there are five Dunkin’ Donuts between my house and my job and they are literally the best one

Tired of not getting what i order on days one manager happens to be working. idk his name, but my order is never correct when he is working. this morning i ordered a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap and got bacon, i was wondering why the whole wrap was so greasy. ruined my morning and my appetite. very dissatisfied.
