I never expect a lot of shaking, but in the bang. 3 employees sit outside the smoking, while on each window a car wait for at least 5 minutes and like 5 tickets for mobile ordering. only ignorant.

Checkers is one of the worst places I've ever been to. Before the owner responds to this review with a generic response, I wish they would just stay silent. They deserve to be shut down for how they've managed this location. I cannot recommend supporting this business. The environment is unpleasant, and they don't even answer their business phone to talk to customers. They have truly ruined this franchise location.

The restaurant is under new management, and the service has noticeably improved. I believe the automated order system in the drive-thru is a big help.

I have to say, this place is really disappointing. I'm giving them one star, mostly out of sheer disbelief that they're still in business. If you're considering going there, don't bother; you'd be better off choosing a movie to watch instead, because you'll probably finish it before you even get to place your order. I'm serious!
