Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

The customer service here is consistently mediocre. It’s just your average daily lunch spot. They always seem unprepared for the lunch rush, and the staff often appears annoyed when taking half of the orders. The overall cleanliness of the line is lacking and never up to standard. During my time managing a Moe's, we made sure that the line was always clean while taking orders. Perhaps they could designate a staff member to focus on maintaining cleanliness for customers, as this is clearly needed. Overall, there needs to be significant improvement in customer service, food readiness, and cleanliness.

My order was not ready until 32 minutes after the app indicated it would be. It was just a simple burrito bowl, yet I ended up waiting half an hour in the pick-up line for an order I placed well ahead of the lunch rush.

Unpleasant service. The staff was incredibly rude, which made the experience even worse. They charged me $1.20 for a hard taco, even though I told the cashier, Daija, that I used to work there and they used to cost only 30 cents each. She dismissed me loudly and disrespectfully. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was one, but then I found out that the actual manager was Mr. Smith. He was indifferent and didn’t remember giving me a bag with a broken handle. Overall, a terrible experience that I would not want to repeat.

The manager elijah and his crew in the lenox mall on the fronttheke were outstanding good customer services and all smiles and courtesy. also the most important was eating hot and tasty good job chipotle for this crew

In my opinion, this is the best chipotle in Buckhead. After waiting in long lines and waiting an hour for DoorDash from the Piedmont rd location, I decided to just start coming to this location. The staff is friendly and the food is always good! Thank you to the staff and management at the peachtree st location for making Chipotle a good experience for me.
