Kfc - Atlanta

We decided to surprise our team of 20 with KFC big boxes. I walked in with this large order. It was a complicated order including different sides white chicken dark chicken original and crispy within 30 mins. I received the delicious big boxes labeled and bagged. I travel with work and I enjoy treating my team to delicious meals. This KFC was the best service I?ve ever received. The male manager covered every detail. My team devoured their meals truly finger licking good! So juicy so fresh!

9/26/21 3:25PM !! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! If you don?t like dropping chicken for a living .. go work elsewhere!! And the food is even WORSE than their attitudes !! I was told that my chicken had ?just came up? when clearly it was old and cold !! Instead of her giving me fresh food that I requested, she rather argue with me about how long it has been since the chicken was cooked. I decided to just keep it and give it to my dog because I didn?t want to risk having something done to my food!! Clearly they don?t value anything or ANYONE !! But that was definitely my last time ever coming here !! It makes me not want to eat at another KFC restaurant EVER !! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN, IMMEDIATELY!!!! EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!

I came today, used the drive thru and tried to order offers. They were all out. And only my lunch was the sandwich I wanted, even from tenders, so I couldn't get it. So I went against my first mind and got 2 famous bowls. What a mistake! I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for fresh popcorn chicken and the bowls would be taken out. I'll wait 17. Finally parked and went in and they didn't even begin! I went back to my car to wait. Ten more came back and they sat in the register!! I think they waited for me to come back to get them. Terrible service, no apology, and 2 half shells together. About it!!!!

This is their definition of well done, the employees clearly do not take any pride in their job they do not care about the customers and it shows everytime I eat here, something is unavailable or not working, who does the inventory here? Clearly no one! Honey has been out of stock for weeks. What type of chicken place serves biscuits and don?t have any honey? unfortunately a lot of the restaurants on old national are the same and it is sad!
