Mcdonald's - Atlanta

Food was good and the employees were decent but they really lack customer service skills. No communication with the customer upon ordering. Condiments were empty and drink area was a total mess. And of course the ice cream machine was not working.

I?ve hit this Mickey D?s 4 or 5 times now (because it?s the closest to my house) and the food and/or my order hasn?t been right once. The staff is always great but I haven?t been inside to give any feedback on the dining room or the bathrooms.

Stop by to grab some lunch before I took my husband to the VA. Typically I don?t eat McDonald?s but this day I wanted it. We ordered 2 ten piece nugget meals and 2 doubles add bacon. My nuggets were a bit hard. My fries were really good and my blue slushy drink. I?m assuming my husband food was good cause he smashed it. I gave them 4 stars cause of the nuggets, they weren?t fresh.

If I could give this place 5 stars I will a young lady named Aliyah (unsure if I spelled it right) was so generous and kind hearted. I had a complicated order and not once did she get irritated with me through the order process. She was so sweet and so kind, as long as she?s working here I will always come visit this place. I hope you guys give her a raise she deserves it or employee of the month she has top notch customer services skills.

The food and manager is excellent. His crew is abysmal. I waited 40 minutes outside and nobody would speak to me, or answer the phone. I can?t afford to wait 30 minutes in a drive through just to get my 10 piece nuggets I didn?t get. I couldn?t call. I?m not going to the window. This is ridiculous. I?m not coming back. SMH I just wanted nuggets and nobody would even speak to me.
