Otter's Chicken - Atlanta

I have ordered from this restaurant many times, but today's experience inspired me to write a review. The presentation was fantastic, and the food tasted delicious. They also provided plenty of ranch dressing, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Terrible experience, I will not return to this restaurant. The wings were large but undercooked and lacking flavor even with seasoning. The fries were hard and unpleasant, the dipping sauce was watery, and the fried pickles were greasy. Overall, very disappointed as I have had much better food elsewhere. The service was slow and the tenders were mediocre at best, not enough to warrant a return visit. To make matters worse, the A/C was not working.

I had intended to write this review on Wednesday night when it happened, but I have been busy. My girlfriend and I decided to eat here after a long day of work. Unfortunately, I have had some negative experiences with ordering food at this restaurant in the past. When we arrived on Wednesday night, we spoke to the hostess and mentioned my previous bad experiences. She assured us that the food would be better this time. However, I was shocked to find that when we got home, the food was cold, hard, and very small in portion. I recognize that times have been tough due to Covid and I tried to be understanding, but this was an extremely unpleasant experience, to say the least.

So not only did I have to pick thru what little lettuce there was because some of it was brown/slimy, the sheer audacity to charge $12 for such a small salad, I just can?t. For $12 this container better be packed with lettuce. $8 at Wendy?s gets you more and better quality. Salads have the largest profit margins of any meal at most restaurants, so for it to be this scant is just insulting. The chicken is actually really good, the folks are nice, but let?s step up this saladgame please.
