Waffle House - Atlanta

If I could rate below 1 star I would. What you want? Are the only words that came out of the waitresses mouth. No thank you, no is that it, no here 's your food, no do you want the check. I wasnt even done ordering and she just turned around and walked away... I said f it because she lost her gracious tip after that. Just simple attitude that you could get from your cat. Every other table was dirty. As we are walking up two waitresses are fighting outside about how they work with each other so shittly. Should have gone somewhere else but i wanted the waffle house experience....oh and did i get one. The hashbrowns were white as could be. Soggy almost. The waffle was as brown as could be NOT GOLDEN AT ALL. Tasted old and nasty. They syrup was even gross. Bacon was so smashed up like how do you even cook bacon like that. One by one ms.attitude set plates on the table at one point it went ten minutes before we got another plate. I swear we tried something on the plate, spit it out, then was served another nasty portion of the meal.... worst experience ever... first time in Atlanta... I expected more then I should have I guess. OH MAXS COAL OVEN PIZZERIA WAS AMAZING GO THERE INSTEAD!!! YOU WONT REGRET unlike this pitiful waffle house.

I feel bad for the staff they need more training and more help. It wasn?t even busy. Our server was too busy to make sure we were ok. The young man had to keep stepping in to help us. They need to get it together.

Plenty of staff but they choose to only offer takeout. This is one of the many reasons that downtown Atlanta is terrible. You can?t even sit down at Waffle House and get food at 11pm. Lots of seats available but most people just leave because the staff

We went around 1:00am and the staff was so nice that I wish I could give them personally a 10 star review. But going late it was understaffed and took a little while to get our food, but completely understandable under the circumstances. If your going here late, expect it to take a little longer but the food was good and out of 6 of us that ordered, all the orders were all right and on point.

We visited this place during atlanta for a ball game concert. while the restaurant was not full, we had waited 30 minutes for our table. Meanwhile, the staff allowed a customer to occupy a stand (not the bar) while we were in the restaurant. this customer was all the time on the phone with extreme profanity was loud enough so that the 2 stands on both sides could hear their whole conversation. I asked the workers to ask them to use such speeches (we have children with us,) but they do not. after finishing our meal, we went down to local coffee shop came back from this place, this customer was still standing on the same while customers waited. although our service food was in order, the overall experience was not.
