Carluccio's Pizza - Atlantic City

The pizza was tasty, but the service was subpar and the staff was rude. The atmosphere felt unkempt, and the tables were not clean. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I highly recommend avoiding this place. I ordered two slices of pizza, and it cost me $18.50. When I requested a side of blue cheese, they charged me an additional $4. However, I went to the sandwich shop next door, and they were happy to give me blue cheese for free, which was a nice surprise. I generally try not to leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time.

The food, including the wings and pizza, was delicious. However, the girl at the counter had a terrible attitude. She was impolite when we struggled to understand her English and lacked any personality. While the prices were on the higher side, it's to be expected at a casino where food tends to be expensive.

Extremely rude customer service especially from Carlos. Shows no respect to customers. I was suppose to get my refund back of $45 since they messed up my order and never apologized for their mistake. Instead I was double charged $90 on my credit card for a food order that I never received.
