Captain D's - Auburn

Extremelyyyy slow service most ppl visiting this location is on lunch break and having to wait 18 +minutes to get a catfish plate is ridiculous , the food is good but I?m sure there is a lot of business and money lost bc of the slow service and theservers they Always seem to be so exhausted and lazy.. This is my third time visiting this month and the service and wait timehave been awful .. Please consider revamping the service process .

I always get the cat's plate and it's always at the point. The service is good. Waiting can be long, but it is worthwhile for freshly cooked food.

My grandmother, I have the catch! The fish was cooked for absolute perfection. We had a great outing with Great Customer Service, Great Food a very clean environment.

The staff is friendly. You have good fry cooks on the staff when I go there, eating not greasy as it is with other Captain D's. I would have given 5 stars if Fountain Drink dispensers where you could access for refills instead of going back and disturbing the counter staff when busy.

The food was hot and very delicious. I would say service needs some work. Order was placed before arriving at the window only to be asked 3 more times. The order was incorrect and the manager had to straighten it out. When this happens the wait becomes longer for all the customers. Drive thru is not always the best solution at this establishment.
