Krispy Kreme - Auburn

Tried 2 different Sundays and only a drive thru and limited donuts. Time for them to close their doors. I won't try again.

I’ve yet to have a positive experience at this location. I showed up one morning and they had no original glazed. At all. The next time the assorted donuts I received barely had toppings. Today (my last time to visit this KK) the inside was closed and the drive thru line was 7+ cars long. I only attempted because I had a gift card, but I’d rather not use it than go back.

Out of Chocolate Glazed. Every time they say that. They 're starting to be like McDonalds with a broken ice cream machine . If you close at 10, why stop making donuts at 8:30? Sad.

This the only KK you can go to with the Hot light on and the donuts cold smh! Everytime! Like why even bother turn it on….and when you ask to heat them up they say they don’t do that. And when you ask for the manager she’s just as rude as the employees! It’s crazy!

Kizzie, the manager who assisted me with my order, is the sweetest and friendliest person I've ever encountered, especially at a drive-thru window. Her warm smile truly brightens the experience. I felt she genuinely wanted to make my order exceed my expectations. It's clear that the employees here love what they do, which is a refreshing change. Krispy Kreme is fortunate to have such a dedicated team!
