Picked up a bag of buttermilk mixture and found it the best tasting we? ve ever made. We add some pecans from time to time and always use Maryland MapleSyrup. We have this brand for over 3 years and have no plans to change because this is our favorite after 70 years

Very delicious food... but service on the other side was not good at all. Our waitress wasn't nice, she rushed us all the time and gave us a cold coffee. Never asked us how our food was, or whether we needed a refill. Waited for over an hour to sit, very small seating area for such a large amount of customers. I understand you are busy and have a hard day, but this waitress might have been much more beautiful and personable. First time ever go there, and probably will be my last:

Their food is PHENOMENAL, but their service is not sour. The servers are unattended and do not check at all for you until they drop the check. Like what? I had to go to the serving area to ask for cutlery. I have to get my own high chair for my child because the server never comes back with him after I asked if I want one. Would they improve because they have some of the best breakfast in the city!

Warm, inviting, and a delicious place to have breakfast. Along with the cozy atmosphere, the pancakes are huge and tasty. For my beverage, I ordered the vanilla chai tea latte and it was one of the best I have ever had in the Syracuse area. Our server, Carmella, was exemplary! She was very informative, attentive, with a scintillating personality. Their store offers a variety of interesting things to purchase. We bought soup and pancake mixes. My husband and I will certainly be back to try some of the other items on their menu soon.

Rather disappointing. We used to drive down to the shop in New Hope to buy flour for special occasions. The new location looks nice and the staff were nice but the good ends there. We got breakfast. I had pancakes, my wife had waffles, and the other person had pancakes. The pancakes were huge. Around 10 to 12 inches across. That qualifies as too much food. Next, my pancakes were cold on the outside and hot toward the middle. Min wife's waffle and the other pancake was warm to cold. Our pancakes were rubbery, as if they had been microwaved. Surprisingly hard to cut through and difficult to chew--my jaw met noticeable resistance as I chewed and the pancake pushed back as I bit down. The only saving grace was the price for the pancakes and waffle was pretty low. My suggestion I'd skip this place and stop at Pavlos Diner up the street. Finally, my wife had a question about some flour (she wanted to know if it was fine milled) and there was no one who could answer that question and no one to call. Seems like a basic question about their product.
