Smoothie King - Auburn

I visited on Wednesday morning and was having a tough day. However, the young man Charlie, who was working behind the counter, really brightened my day with his outstanding service and amazing personality.

The young women working here could use a bit of an attitude adjustment. I found the smoothies to be quite disappointing; they weren't prepared properly. Additionally, it took an unusually long time to make just two smoothies, especially considering there were no other customers in the shop.

I wanted to share my experience with the Bent Creek Store in Auburn, AL. Today was my third attempt to grab a smoothie in the morning, but once again, there was nobody at the store despite the automated recording at the drive-thru asking for my order. This ongoing issue, along with the fact that my smoothies often have large ice chunks or other product pieces in them, has left me feeling frustrated and even angry. There were three other cars in line today, and we were all left wondering what was going on because of the automated message. I’m really trying to make having a smoothie a regular habit, but the poor service and inconsistent product are making that difficult.

The staff literally took 10 minutes to make one smoothie. The line was wrapped around the building. The quality was terrible. Don't waste your money.
