Wendy's - Auburn

The drive-thru experience was terrible. We were the only car in line and ended up waiting 15 minutes before anyone took our order. I can only imagine how bad it gets when there are multiple cars waiting. It’s absurd! Also, if they bring your food out quickly, make sure to check your order because there’s a good chance something will be wrong, or you won’t get any dipping sauces. The long wait times are just frustrating!

One of my favorite places to go! I look forward to every bite whenever I get the chance.

Today's service was a bit slow, and the drive-thru line was quite long, but it was definitely worth the wait. The Frosties were outstanding, and the fries were truly amazing. At first, they believed the vanilla Frosty machine was broken, but thankfully someone managed to fix it just for us. I highly recommend trying the new fries—they're fantastic! I gave a four-star rating instead of five due to the slow service; otherwise, it would have been a perfect score!

The customer service provided by Kali was exceptional. She was polite and prompt in taking my order, and I highly recommend speaking with her.
