Wendy's - Auburn

I usually love these wendys, but I hate the feeling of being haste. the girl that took my order in the car drive thru was rude, I could not understand what she said, she has hardly time to say what I wanted. everything I wanted was that I could forget what I wanted. but the young lady who took the payment was really sweet. I've been there several times, just because her customer service was great.

Today solidifies that this is the worst wendy in the opposite. I never had a good experience at this place. today I ordered from the app. when I came to the restaurant (some time on Tuesday) the inner was closed. I waited in the drive waiting for 10 minutes, just to get to the window and be told that they don't see my name on the screen so they can't help me with my order. I tried to show my Or confirmation with the number, and it was said that there is nothing they can do. I asked what I had to do to get my order and was told that I could cancel it or wait on the parking lot to see if my name appears. Just crazy. my points were not returned to my account and I have no food and no help or effort to help me. the old man who took the commands had a attitude that manager did not help, and the app was useless.

Stopped in on the way home from our fishing tournament on the Alabama River. Quick and friendly service with HOT fresh burger and fries. In and out quick and back on the road home.

One of the best Wendy’s I have ever been to. I used to work here and love coming back whenever I have a chance. The people who are still working there from when I was there are amazing. Corey the store GM is one of the nicest people I know. I definitely recommend coming here to eat.

I haven't eaten at Wendy's in years. I decided to go and get a baked potato and a small cheeseburger that I was craving. The elderly gentleman who took my order was soooooooooo nice with such a pleasant voice. Definitely made my day since I was already having a funky day. He definitely brought a smile to my face. 04-19-22 at 12:30pm.
